Archives 2015 Hotel Update

Renaissance Hotel
SAA is currently in discussion with the management staff at the Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland regarding the hotel’s transition from a Marriott property to an independent property, effective July 1. We are assured that all existing reservations will be honored, that all negotiated special rates will apply, and that all services will be provided at the highest level.

It is SAA’s recommendation that all persons holding reservations at the Renaissance reconfirm their reservation after July 1, 2015, as a precaution.

As we learn more, we will share that information with meeting attendees.

Room Availability at Conference Hotels
As of June 22, specific dates are sold out in SAA’s room blocks at the conference hotels. The hotel websites will not complete online reservations if you select a date that is sold out. Please contact conference hotels by phone to complete your reservation. The SAA conference team is working on increasing the room block.

  1. Do you have an idea of when we will know if the blocks have been increased? If they can’t be increased, can you give us additional suggestions for places to stay? Thanks!
